I bought 20 pairs of 2SC5171 / 2SA1930 this week from kessler-electronic de. The 2SC1930 pieces I received is on the picture. Only two pieces of 2SA1930 have Toshiba marked logo. The other pieces of 2SA1930 & 2SC5171 are like the one on the right of the picture.
I would like to ask if there is a chance that the non-Toshiba-logo pieces of 2SA1930/2SC5171 I bought are legit?

They are likely DIYI Semiconductor parts and not Toshiba. At least most sellers who don’t sell genuine 2SA1930 / 2SC5171 sell DIYI instead.
Thanks @nigelwright7557 & @kn0ppers.
@kn0ppers: Do you have any experience with transistors from DIYI Semiconductor?

Not yet. I made an experience similar to yours, only that I got what looked like authentic Toshibas on my first order and DIYI on the second. Seems like the seller had run out of the Toshibas and didn't bother to update the listing from "Original Toshiba". In the end I got my money back and kept the transistors. I originally only needed like 2 pairs for a repair, but I might use the DIYIs for a Class A Push-Pull headphone amp or something. Still need a DC power supply for the LockyZ curve tracer I purchased, then I shall investigate them a little further.
