Hi,

I have for sale 100 pairs of FQP3P20 / FQP3N30.

Best substitute for the Toshiba 313/2013 transistors u can get.
The FQP’s are also in the meantime obsolet.

330€ for 100 pairs.
Shipping needs to be calculated.
Europe is around 25€ insured.
