I wonder if this amp. would be suited for driving the 0.7, has anyone here used The F5 T with a Maggie's?
No experience with either but if it helps, I am using a factory Aleph 3 for mid/hi on my MG3A's (class AB for bass). Sounds great. I have tried many other amps but keep going by to the Aleph 3.
Found this review last night. The Aufiophiliac using a SIT First Watt and the Pass X25 with the .7’s and saying these work magnificently. I guess the X25 is a more robust amplifier as current capability is concerned, interesting. Your F5T in mono version should have some current capacity and it also should produce around 100w with the 4 ohm load. Here is the link: The Audiophiliac finds bliss with a 25-watt amplifier - CNET
Here's the other link on the SIT3 and the Maggie 0.7
