F5 Turbo v3 with IRFP240/IRFP9240

Hi. I want to build the F5 turbo v3. But i want to use irfp240/irfp9240.
What needs to be changed on the layout on the original v3 layout with the 240/9240 vs FQA12P20/FQA19N20? And how high bias is max with good sound?
