Just finished F5 build, powered up and sounds good but NO LED light up on board. Will this affect performance of amp?
Power off. discharge the PSU using big resistors.
Then check your LED works by applying a Diode Check from a DMM.
If it works, then check orientation is correct.
They are diodes, but have a lowish reverse voltage capability and having them back to front can blow them.

People complain when I bias LEDs at more than 1 mA.
Probably they don't want LED current to load down supply and
steal bias from Class A output stages...

It seems as if LEDs are very effective mind-control devices on some of your customers. I laughed a lot when you posted this:
