F4 Channel Problem - Running Cold

The Nichicon FM series are very magnetic and now you tripped a breaker in my head.
The Silmic II are not magnet.

I'm going with Nichicon Muse UFG. None of the Nichicon classes list whether or not they are non-magnetic. Only the Silmic II notes mention tinned copper leads.
I'm tired of looking, so Muse will have to do.

Woosies

there is nothing wrong with little Iron in circuit....... so why excluding resistor & cap leggies from that ?

:clown:

btw. I had a dream , how to manage that situation with one channel weak;

just move it to place of proper channel , and it'll heal

(not going to say that it worked for me in my repair boozines ..... but never late to try ......... again )

Replaced all caps, ran fine until plugged into the system, then went cold. Replaced bias pot and TL431 and ran ok until I brought up the AC voltage to 120v.
So this change of parts worked out worse then just replacing the caps.

Unless anyone has a suggestion, I'll buy new boards and matched mosfets from the store.

Thanks

Replaced both pots as well

I don't understand why it works a little while then the bias just drops.

At this point it's faster for me to build a new board.

Maybe I'll just remove each part and check off board.
Look at it as a project in itself.
