F2J PS Resistors.. Film or Wire ?

Wondering if it's better to use wirewound or film resistors (1ohm/3W) in the PS's C-C-R-C-C circuit. for F2J....I'm guessing wire was intended for some choke?

Also I can only fnd wirewound 3W for the PS bleed resistor 2.2K, tihnk this is ok?
