Sorry for reviving the old post, but I have a question and it seems best here.
Regarding the F1 Service Manual currently posted on the Firstwatt site: http://www.firstwatt.com/pdf/prod_f1_srv.pdf
The text states the PSU-R9 & PSU-R10 are bleeders; The PCB on page 11 shows that these resistors span the output V+ and GND as expected, whereas the schematic on page 9 shows these resistors on the input side before C3, C1; Which is correct?

look again ........ their position ( parallel to first or second C cell in CRC ) is practically the same

I have noticed in the new FW designs the bleeders are omitted. The circuits drain the caps down on shutoff. When testing just the PS section on a new build one better remember to drain those caps though.
