I've looked for a replacement part F0D2741A in the power supply of a MOTU 896 Mk III, but none of my suppliers have it. Even though this is only 9 years old, all indications are the part is obsolete, no longer available.
I've recapped the dead power supply and also replaced the FSCM0765R power IC, checked the diodes and replaced all electrolytic caps. The power supply will not start. Even if disconnecting the load.
About all that's left is the opto isolator chip, but Mouser, etc., doesn't understand this part number.
Any modern substitutes that work in place of this?

That part has a B suffix. The part I'm seeking has an A suffix and even variants of that come up not found on mouser's website in the US.
What is the difference between the A and B part? Oh, wait, I just downloaded the sheet. The pinout is different. The B device is an error amplifier opto coupler and has 6 connections. The A device in my MOTU only has four connections hooked to it.

According to the datasheet difference is tolerance. A .5% B 1% C 2%

I did some investigation and found out there are two connections on the reverse side of the PCB so this is probably close to the right part. Tolerance differences aside, hopefully it will work.
It is the last part left over. The diodes are not shorted, the capacitors have been replaced, the FET has been replaced, and this is the only other active component left. Guess I'll order these and see what happens.
