Hi Thor,
We do have a BOM for this board however we don't have any plans currently to publish a detailed build guide for this. We'll shortly be calling for people who have built this to post some pictures of their work which will hopefully give you some ideas!

Could someone convert the BOM from xls to pdf as the computer I currently use is not mine and I do not wish to alter it or install anything. Thanks !
F5c power stock power ratings !
If cviller's F5c makes 50w at 8 ohm, would I be correct to assume it then will put out 100w into 4 ohm's ? Just wondering how much power it has with or with/out the cascoded front end... If not please explain as my speakers are 4 ohm ! 😕 The boards I speak of are the F5c rev 2.0 from the diy store.

Likely it will slide into class AB... there is just so much bias current to keep it in class A.
Also at the bias point for 50w into 8 ohms there will be an appreciable amount of heat...

If following the schematic posted at the Diy store what can one expect for a average power into 4 ohms ? I just like to know what I can expect from a stock cascoded version utilizing both front and output cascodes. The heatsinks I have are rated at 0.20 c/w also I have 180,000uf @ 40v for the psu. 12 x 15000 ...

check the main threads on the F5, this stuff has been run backwards and forwards already a few times... iirc, the F5T is the one with the cascode.
