Yes, but the EY82 is no flyback diode, the EY81 is.In my experience these TV rectifier and/or flyback ballast diodes are very forgiving in terms of voltage capabilities.

How forgiving is the maximum current rating?
Voltage ratings all has to do with basically what we would call nowadays creepage or clearance distance.
So yeah, that's give or take a bit (and as manufacturer you want to be on the safe side)
