don't take my word for it.. pretty much new at this. but I think thats normal for that projector.. It probably has to do with
the response time or frames per second it can handle..
I have a similar projector to yours.. I was told it was going to be a Dukane 7200 but turned out to be a vp800
I'm wondering if you might have the same problems I do..
projector seems to overheat and gets dark spots after a while of use..
do you get that?

Hi,
I have a ctx ezpro 600, or atleast i think thats what it is. I dont have the problem you speak of, or atleast i didnt notice it for the few days that i ran it. It doesnt sound normal at all, but i havent heard anything like it. Have you tried playing video games on it? How is it hooked to your video source? Try playing a video game (if possible) hooked directly to it from the composite rca ports. If that works and looks fine then it could be the way you have it hooked up.

hmmmmm sounds like the display timing to me, it could be a setting or the sync could be out, maybe its got somthing to do with descalling in the internal processing of the projector, maybe its not working correctly, who knows lol but if this model came out with a line movment like that it its not a good quality projector or its hell old, maybe somone did a retro fit on the screen

is this model a 3 lcd model? i just went to look up info on it but i couldnt find it in projector central, if this unit has 3 lcds i bet u its the lcds out of alignment, try to also run the projector on native resolution to see if u get the same afect, if u dont then u have somthing going on with the compression hardware in the projector.
