When the amp powered up previously (after the second remote application), did the relays engage and the amp produce normal, clean audio?

I havent checked with the audio drive board. Now with the drive board inside, it goes always in protect, and no gate drive. If i leave the remote connected, it stays in protect and switch to on for half a second, than back to protect. I think there is also a issue with the audio board. I dont now which drivers are mounted, because they removed all markings.

Have you tried unplugging the two Driver ICs (probably IR2113s) from the audio board?

This may not be safe if there are no pulldown resistors for the outputs so be careful if you try it. If you read less than about 100k from the gate to source of the outputs with the driver ICs removed, it probably has pulldown resistors.

I will order some Voltage Regulators. It seems, that two are broken. 7812 makes only 8,5V, and another 7812 has 20V on one side and 0V on the other side. Then i will retry.

Are you measuring the reg voltage with the black probe on the ground terminal of the regulator (not the same for 78/79 regs)?

black probe on the center pin of the regulators.
I want to order the IR2113s also, but my suplyer has them only without s (PBF) i think thats the same?

I don't think anything that's not PBF is available in the EU due to RoHS.

The center leg isn't ground for both regs.

Yes, just rechecked, only one 7812 is broken.

I have ordered some parts. The only available Driver is the IR2113PBF, i took this one.

I checked without the driver ic´s. Without it powers up. So i think they will be dmaged.

You don't have 12v regulation on that IC. Pin 3 should be 12v above the negative rail.

Maybe from The broken Regulator. I will mount New one next week

Continue. Received the new parts. Installed the new Voltage regulator. Tryed to start without the IR... Directly a resistor start smoking. This resistor is a 8Ohm, in line from the output of the Regulator. Goes to the IR Pin 3 on the board. Passing a Zener. Removed the Zener and checked with diode test. from each side 095 measured. So i think its broken. Any sugestion wich value this zener has?

If i measure accros the pads without zener i have 10,8V when amp is on.

Close Picture from the Diode. It has a blue ring. No other marks. Glas Type.
If i put the black lead on B- and measure the pads, one side is 66,7V, the other is 55,7V.

Figured out. Email is send. For Info if someone need:
Zener is Connected between Pin 2 and 3.
One Diode FR10 is conected between Pin2 and 5
Another FR10 is connected over a resistor 5Ohm to Pin3 and 6


Kathode always at Pin2 or at Pin 3
