external reflective mirror?

Hi,
I have a specical requirement because of the limited room space to place the projector and screen.

So here is what i am thinking, can i introduce an external mirror
to reflect lights out from a projector to a screen like what is illustrated here:
\
projector ---------------->\ mirror

V
------------- screen

Is it feasible? is so, what kind of mirror i should be looking for?
Thanks a lot.

Bajie,

This type of drawings don't seem to work out very well.
I changed it so everyone can see what you are talking about:

my guess would be that it would work. But the farther away the mirror is from the projector the bigger the mirror would have to be. Which could be a problem if you wanted to position it a good distance away from the projector. Also i believe you would need a front side mirror which tend to be more expensive than a reg. mirror. But on a small scale, say 1 foot dist. btw the pj and mirror, that would mean another foot of throw distance that you didn't have before! If you try it out please share your results!

i have heard of some people finding them on surplusshed.com. I haven't personally ordered from them before but they have some good optics stuff. But i have replaced the mirror in my 3m overhead projector with a regular mirror and didn't get any ghosting or at least i can't tell it. But that was a mirror 2"x3". Maybe you could try with a mirror around the house just to test with?
