External CDP PSU recommendations

I am working on modding my Creek CD42. I have added a Trichord clock and my plan is to add an external PSU to power the DAC and output stage., leaving the onboard transformer to handle the transport and control circuits.

This wil need to provide +- 15 volts to be a direct replacement for the current PSU (I intended to feed the power directly to where the PSU caps currently sit on the circuit board, leaving all onboard regulation in place... for now.

I have a few LM317T and LM337T regulators and would like to use these if possible (they are currently doing nothing) but I would like opinions on the ideal configuration for them. I had planned to use a 120VA encapsulated toroid with BC components PSU caps and Schottky rectifiers, and I would value opinions on this too.

Finally, my long term plan is to add Andrew Weekes super regulators to the ciritical circuits as time and money allows, mounted internally, so if this is relevent please bear it in mind.

Cheers,

Ed
