Interesting thread,
I’m just figuring out an active system build er trying to. I need a woofer to compliment a ribbon tweet and 8” mid , which are currently on an open baffle. What parameters should I be looking at?
Suggestions welcome

I believe mostly the T&S values of the 8" woofer that would be ideal for an open baffle, compared to a ported box, such as a higher Qts compared to a very low Qts. But you're going to get way more info in the Full Range board about this stuff compared to this board since this is subwoofers.
