I placed an order more than a week ago and money has been withdrawn but I'm yet to receive shipping notifications and they're not responding to my emails asking for an update.

i have the same problem. I placed an order on 24th January, money will be withdrawn, but the order is only "processing", no further action.
But I have not write an email yet. Maybe possible to stop the payment via credit card?

No, so far there has been no response to a registered letter from me. I have given a deadline until the end of the month, then I will order the charge-back via credit card.
I ended up ordering a charge back from my bank as they didn't back to me for weeks.
Luckily I got the money back no problem.

The company marked as owner of website is closed and deleted from register on 01.02.2024 and have never declared any official turnover.
