Hi all here who are not yet on holiday.
I have did search on ebay about sic fets because mine circlotron did have 0.0034 % HD with them on 6 amps output current.
However the prices are very high, I think so high that it is not healthy to use them. I do not understand why because people will not sell them.
Are there cheaper ones who have a ltspice model. also the cheaper ones of 10 amps or such do easely 20 plus dollar each.
