I saw the spec: Where is the Vgs plateau voltage, and why is it not shown? With higher currents you certainly will run into problems to drive these devices into a linear way, e.g. it certainly is not trivial. But for head phone amps and lower currents these devices are brilliant.

Oddly enough they do have the Vgs vs capacitance graph, but not the capacitance vs Vds graph.
Never saw this one before.
