Has anyone posted a amplifier with these EXC10N20 and EXC10P20 as the output devices with an LTSpice example?
In my sims (micro-cap) I use the 16A version (already bought them too) and the result of the simplest amp re THD 20 k and IM 1.9 & 2.3 k is on the pics. THD on the left graph has been calculated to the 1,000th harmonic so is higher than on the right graph.

I converted an old Maplin lateral mosfet amp circuit to the newer mosfets and it sounded very good.
