EXICON 10N16 & 10P16 Never Used - Fair Market Value?

Have a total of eight (4 each) never used. These are the 125V T03 Case types. No longer made, not the 20's but the 16's. Out of production since 2022.

Is anyone knowledgable about the fair market value of all eight?
