yesterday I received email from M. Gafner, told me that my Excel DIY LCD projector calculation hijacked by exclusiv-online.com
They sell it for 15 Euro! I never sell it to somebody or make money from it, it's free!

I think you should email them and tell them what you think. That's the least you can do. 
You could protect the document in order to avoid this, a bit.
This is the backside of having free stuff with no protection whatsoever and dishonest people. This commercial company could simply ask you and _maybe_ take money for the translation but at least give you credit and a direct link.
Start to add at least copyright and state your conditions of spreading the file.

You should better contact their registrator (order processing company) directly (I don't think they make it by themselves). These registrators always take into consideration such theft cases. Ask this M. Gafner (i think he did make a purchase) more about the registration process (URL where one should enter his credit card info, e-mail address of purchase notification, etc.). This might give you some glues on the processing company they work with.

slize, i am about to go to LensCrafters right now and try to order a lens with -0.011 dioptrin. But i really think i will look stupid because... Did you realize that it is only about 1/100 of a negative dioptrin? My mom's glasses are -1 left and -1.25 right, i tried them in the projector yesterday and they did not do much. But once i get -1/100 of that i doubt it will make any difference at all, because the glass will be virtaully flat....

******** up cause some germans think the can sell Diy-Projector-How tos on ebay (based on our DIY-Forums and on our results) for About 10-15 Euro !!! The law says that that what exclusiv-online do is crime ! So on.. please say it if you need help

I didn't have a copyright issued by "legal office" to sue them.
It's just un-ethical that gentlemens from exclusiv-online.com doing bussiness like this.
I think, if we spread this in the Internet community and blacklist them, it will prevent somebody wasting their money for free stuff.

Can you say royalties? I'd say 2 or 3 dollars (or euros) per copy sold would be good...and it would be retroactive too. I mean lets face it they didn't work too hard for their money.
