Got around to repairing the monitor. I had problems with the tendons in my hands, so I couldn't lift it earlier. It's better now.
I listened to the signal at the control points. They are numbered at the end of the blocks on the diagram. The crackling was added in the crossover block, in the low-frequency part (10). Specifically, the crackling was after resistor number 151 (21.5 kOhm). I soldered it and, just in case, the parts around it, within a centimeter radius. The problem is solved. There is no crackling, it works normally.
It is impossible to find such a problem without a diagram. And without the forum I would not have received the diagram.
