they are "evm series" drivers but not "force" drivers you can tell by the magnet structures (force series drivers have two color (silver/black) magnet) the missing "force" label on the dustcap could mean they've been reconed
the boxes are not typical EV construction (but seem to be well built) the aluminium angle is not typical nor is the use of tolex as a finish (most are short nap or bonded carpet)
likely home built using EV drivers and the crossover from an S 1503

Actually the aluminum edges and "tolex"-like vinyl were typical long before the carpeted S & SH series came along.
And just about all versions of an "s15-3"-type cabinet came with the VMR midrange device

seems like the guy who made them copied the 15-3 and applied a little bit of his own ideas thx ndcraig
indeed, but those are pre 1976 and not many are left in good condition, and those used L series drivers not M nor "force" series
also note all of those used square opening metal mesh across the entire face of the cabinet not independant speaker grills.

think so to.. the filters come out and they are gonna be active driven be a hypex dlcp. cut off at 100hz where my homebuilt ev181 take over..it gets loud in my living room.
amplidude do you mean EVX 180 (the heatwick series 18'' driver) or EV 18B cuz to me as a former EV dealer the model number EV 181 is a phono/stylus/cartridge.
or are you referring to the S181 subwoofer?

not really sure its some time ago i build them..there should be some pics in the subwoofer gallery here on this site.. ev clones...i really like ev design so i copied them with slight adjustments because the drivers are D.a.s. g45
former ev dealer... thats cool.. and nice to know if i run into more mysteries or problems..🙂 thats the gret thing about this site..
BK 315 is the model number of the complete speaker cabinet.(in this case a keyboard monitor)
are you trying to determine what the retail value of the drivers are?
