A real shame about the non-existent email communications though.
They could be the European Parts-Express if they tried!
While it is always good to make your own impression just make sure you use VISA/Mastercard/Paypal and don't wait too long if/when they start to ignore you so you can be sure to get your money back.
Everything arrived today, very well packaged, everything looks good so far.
The communication situation is inexcusable though, a shame really.

By the looks of things, it seems Europe-Audio just needs someone responding to emails

I followed your example and also send Jean a PM as I got no replies on email and no answer on the telephone. I do hope this gets resolved soon. 1 to 4 days waiting is turning into weeks. The order date was 17-06. At first I figured the German strike at their postal service might have something to do with it and stayed patience but I'm running out of time here.
In all fairness, I've ordered before and never had any problems with those orders. It's the lack of replies or update on the order that's making me worry here.
Especially when the part(s) your order is waiting on seems available in the webshop.

I am in the same situation,
I made a bank transference (big error) from Spain the 2015/6/8 for 4 Accuton units (1200€), always in stock in web, but four weeks after, no replies on email and no answer on the telephone. I don't understand anything about this people. Week by week Accuton said "nest friday arrive the material" but all is a big lie...
How can I do?




Although I didn't receive an update trough mail, did not get someone on the phone I did spot a change in my order. The Available Soon has changed in Expected Thursday July 06.
I'll notify here if my order arrives.

Tomorrow, one month I made the order. After changing 3 times expected date of delivery, in my acount continues with the message "Available soon" ...
And the products are still available with 4 days of delivery !!!!!!!

While running an online shop, you cannot present misleading stock/availability figures and absolutely fake delivery times.
You are taking your costumers' money for an unknown, very extended time and also not providing any explanation about such huge delays, not even replying to the e-mails sent, not answering any phonecalls too. Communication blackout!
Obviously all this leads your costumers to get very concerned/upset/alarmed as it's exactly such kind of behaviour which usually does configures fraud, even thought that in your case, it seems that you end delivering the goods (in most cases, at least).
You're also a consumer and what would you think of a seller doing this to you?!
Anyway and on my side I'm forced to agree with what's been said on all the pages of this topic (and also on another one about your shop), and it seems that your service didn't get any better...
You did send me an automated message saying that the payment for my order (a pair of tweeters) had been received, this was 15 days ago already.
Since then nothing else happened, you don't reply to my e-mails and also do not answer to my phonecalls.
When I bought the tweeters, these were marked as Available (5+ units in stock) having a dispatch time 1-4 days.
And they remained always like this since, however my order page says they are back-ordered...?!
I'm waiting for your reply and also for the feedback from other members regarding their experience with any recent orders, of course.

A month ago I order my Accuton drivers. No information from Europe Audio from the beginning.
Today the company Accuton answered me with the following message:
"Please Be Informed That We have canceled our relation to Europe-Audio long ago. We do not work unreliable With companies like this one and consequently do not deliver any drivers to Europe-Audio."

Keep hoping and if you can get a refund through PayPal for example, don't waste too much time hoping. A PayPal claim for me lead to refund almost immediatly, without respons from EuropeAudio through PayPal either, but no real surprise there.
Status changes order are meaningless unfortunately, or if you want to keep hoping, for my order the status changes were meaningless.

In my case payment was done by online bank transfer.
The PayPal payment would have meant more 4% on top of the total, so...
I think that Mr. Benoist risks to have the police after him if he doesn't start to respect his costumers...

I think he doesn't care, neither does police. But like earlier in thread or maybe other thread, you might be able to get your bank to cancel the transfer with a police report.
and for credit card payment your can ask your bank to make a "reverse" payment with just explaining them that you haven't received anything

Don't get too exited. As said mine stated "Expected Thursday, July 6, 2015" and on Friday went to "Available Soon". Later that same day it went to "Expected Wednesday, July 15, 2015". So it's becoming a little meaningless I'm afraid.

The speaker finally arrived today. Undoubtedly my purchase more stressful in my life. Not everything has been negative, this experience has allowed me to contact the manufacturer and has been a very enriching experience.
At the same time I made another purchase in the online store Hifisound. Although they have had their problems in order to get all the material, I've always been informed and they email me quickly.
Without the support of Accuton, I think I'd still waiting ... this is my advice.
