ESS amt 1b replacement woofer and PR

i just picked up a pair of AMT 1B's. The woofer and PR on both are shot. (rotted foam surround).

Is there a good replacement for these?

The Heil tweeter does LOOK in good condition, but not actually tried it yet.

Hi,
If the PR is still in good conditions,
my suggestion is to refoam all 4 units, hoping you do not have to spend a fortune 😀
I would replace also the caps with modern MKT-MKP.
