ESP Project 3A Amp Enclosure

Hello Guys.


I'm looking for an enclosure / chassis to my new project a ESP project 3A.

I just realized how expensive and hard to get a good enclosure with good sized heatsinks.

Do you guys have suggestions? I'm thinking about buy good heatsinks and go for a DIY wood chassis.

Another idea is to get a dead amp from Ebay which is cheap, strip the electronics and then use it. I did this while making ESP P101. I re-used the switch, input/output terminals and some of the electrolytics which were ok AND the heatsinks!! Good heatsinks can be costly as also the transformer and filter caps
