Thanks everyone for again for alievating me last minute jitters and concerns.
I am not certain how thick a can of enamel spray, but there is nearly a can sprayed on each panen. I did however lay both stators ontop of each other seperated by a buisness card at each corner with absolutely no arcing. I am satisfied at this point to begin assembly of the diagraphrams and complete the build. I hope to have a positive post by Sunday or Monday.

It took me 2 or 3 to final reach my goal even though they are small ,But my stators are window screen so there was alot of waste.
And like I said I was going for the maximum as well and it was quite a challange to get there.
I had recently got some of the 2X stuff it seems to be pretty thick,I have used it to stiffen up some paper cones that were deterating and only used maybe 20%to 25% of the can to get the job done.
It seemed to be pretty thick stuff and was actualy cheaper than the regular stuff although I haven't tried it on some new screen stators yet but I will be doing so shortly.
Good luck on your diagphram as I know very well that it is a tedious process and we'll being looking foward to your next report!
