Esher Demos

Just discovered these recordings on the White Album Super Deluxe. Never knew they existed. Like the Beatles Unplugged. Anyone know what microphone Harrison had in his Esher studio?

The demos are a really nice addition to the catalogue, although they've been available in far lesser quality as a bootleg for a while. No idea how you would find out the recording details, but.

After much searching, the only thing I can find is that they were recorded on George's four track Ampex; no info on the mikes.

Same here. Was trying to see if there was a picture of George's home studio but could not find one. The White Album Esher recordings are really quite good and sound like he might have had a good quality condenser mic. Would make sense since he had a professional quality recorder.
