Any idea what these might mean?

This is very little info.
There must be more in the error message.
Was the downloaded program Kazaa?
Which operating system?
The first error has something to do with the virusscanner.
The second one is unknown for the moment.
Please give us some more details.

/the VSAPI is a anti-virus update mechanism microsoft came out with. Don't know what that particular message means, but you might check MS website for details.
