Equivalent predrivers to replace 2SC3503/2SA1381 pair

I wanted to know if there are equivalent transistors to replace 2SC3503/2SA1381 BJT predriver pair.

I wanted to know if there are equivalent transistors to replace 2SC3503/2SA1381 BJT predriver pair.

These offer a combination of low capacitance, speed and VAF that is hard to match. There are a few other Sanyo video transistors that are comparable but they are harder to find.

Fairchild KSC3503/KSA1381
You don't need this specific video driver type suited to the VAS, but it can be used wherever very low Cob at high Vceo is required. One of the last CRT video drivers still available.

Maybe my mistake, I assumed you knew that the KSC3503/KSA1381 was equivalent to the 2SC3503/2SA1381. Thanks to Ian for that reminder.
The KSC/KSA are still available and you should be able to find them.

The KSC/KSA are still available but trying to get pairs of the same Hfe rank is not easy. Do you really need these devices for pre-drivers? I'm assuming that as you mention pre-drivers you are planning a triple output stage?
