I'm looking for a stand-alone equalizer application for Windows. I know all the media players have them built-in, but I want one that'll process all my sound (in games, movies, etc. as well). My sound card is an M-Audio Revolution 5.1, and as far as I know, it doesn't have any equalizer features like my old card did (Audigy 2 ZS). Any thoughts on this?
P.S.: I want this because I have an annoying 5 or 6 dB dip around 125 Hz that I'd like to address. I have a set of Paradigm Mini Monitor v5's, and a Hsu STF-2 sub crossed over at 90Hz, and it seems like the Mini Monitors don't do too well in my 12' square room below 150Hz or so. I'm unsure if this is an issue with the room layout or speaker placement, or simply a byproduct of how the speakers were designed/built.

Found your post on google whilst searching for one myself. I will get back to you i have downloaded and are testing a few right now problem is none seem to work.
Let us know if you find one that does work. It would be a cool dsp project to undertake, i think it would be quite doable.

I ended up just using the winamp equalizer and im just going to buy some cheap second hand one.....
