Of course - It has been a commercial kit which has been sold complete or in modules for 8 years. http://www.altronics.com.au/p/k5125-20w-class-a-amplifier-full-kit/
There are reviews on a number of sites. I have built and re-sold 3 kits and I haven't found a more neutral sounding amplifier.
Built as specified, it has extremely low distortion and as such, it has no "sound quality" at all 😉
