Hi,
since several days I observe an enormous latency between my click on anything here and the answer. The page builds up as slow as a snail, if any at all. Same occurs when I post something. This is independent of the machine I'm sitting at and the browsers (Firefox here, Edge there). What might be the reason? How can it be solved?
Best regards

I have not been seeing that here on Windows Firefox nor on iOS on Safari. Perhaps someone else has suggestions.
No issues here. Have you tried a different internet connection? For example, try the hotspot WiFi from your mobile phone instead your "house" internet.
As I said, I'm browsing DIYAudio at two different machines at least, one here at home, the other one at work. Hence different WWW accesses.
I have to state the issue isn't always present. At the moment, e. g., there's no issue at all.
Best regards!

There has been server maintenance in the past 3 days and I've noticed some minor slowing. Other than that, I don't know.
When my old internet provider throttled my bandwidth
at certain times of the day.
Same would happen to me.
Noticed same symptoms you describe.
Also noticed no matter what the heck I change
my settings too.
Windows is forcing " updates"
All the background nonsense makes page load
turn into a snail like you said.
Then if you do a connection speed test.
iT should be good but isnt.

No issues that we know of, other than the usual slightly sub-par not-cutting-edge performance (which will be addressed in the medium term).
