Engl Powerball 2 channels lead 1 and 2 problems

Hi, I've bought an Engl Powerball 2 used, the amp itself is perfect. It ha no scartch or anything but has a big problem: the switch up/down to change channel doesnt't works. I press it then I press switch 1-2 / 3-4 but it only changes channels 1 and 2, not 3 and 4. What should I do? I've tryied to use a normal footswitch from a friend behind amp and it changes all 4 channels, but I cannot use it lways (it's not mine).
So, how can I solve this switch that seems doesn't working?

I have another problem: channel 3 and 4 (called lead 1 and lead 2) they have same sound, same gain, same all. I bought the amp because I saw the large amount of gain on lead 2, more of lead 1.. but mine has same gain of channel 3, not more. All videos, reviews etc (even Engl site said that lead 1 and 2 are tonally different) but my channel 4 is the same as channel 3. I changed 6L6 and all pres, re biased all but nothing changed.
It seemed that someone mod the amp to have 2 channel clones. Is it possible? Or is it related to other?
I've bought online used from a website, so I have 1 week to return the amp, but if I can fix this two things I will use the amp, it's really awesome.

I've done some photos and I discover 1 thing that maybe it's modified, but I'm not so good undrstanding if it's a mod or not. I'll give you photos in this thread here, you can see al photos I've done to amp inside

So I need 2 things: how can I fix the switch for all channels and why my channel 4 has low gain and is identically yo chanel 3.
Thanks,
Greetings from Italy

This thing has a LOT of switching. I don't know if you can fix it, and fixing in a week seems unlikely, unless it is only a mis-set switch.

Thanks for the schematic!

And for the other question? Do you think that it has been modified?
I see this that seems not to be "original" near power tube

Thanks!

It is difficult to advise without working on the amplifier as there are a lot of possibilities.
The additional component are not unusual and may have been factory fitted but probably a poor quality attempted repair. I can repair it for you but I have no idea where you are located for transport costs.

Eh I'm in Italy 🙁

Can I ask one thing? I have changed power tubes of amp, with 4 JJ, what should I see in mA? 30 mA per tube is good? And for TAD 6L6 30 mA are good?

Thanks for everything.

Hey I solved the switch of amp channel. I disconnected the cable inside the amp, cleaned it and re plugged in. Now button changes all channels.
I saw another problem: tryied JJ tubes but cannot bias them after 110 mA (measured it on socket of 6l6). Why? Thanks
