I took this amp in and checked the tubes. All good. It turns on. I can see all tubes are lit and can hear the amp is on.
Any suggestions?

Run a 1kHz 20mVrms (56Vpk-pk) into the input of the amp and follow it through the signal chain until you find your problem. Have you checked operating points of the tubes yet to see if they are all conducting what they should be?
Hahaha thanks Enzo, good catch😱 I did mean to say 56mVpk-pk. Maybe a mod can edit it for me because I can't anymore.
