Oil for the fire
...just putting some oil into the fire again...
I do not agree to the theory that the energy which is required to move the charge is lost. This energy is stored properly. I think this can also be seen in any normal resonance circuit. There the charge is moving forth and back without getting lost.
Also I would think it is some sort of anomaly. Poobah, why not?
