Good day
What is the best enclosure building tool?
Really liked virtuixcad but it doesn’t has all functions that i need
Tried boxsim but it’s pretty hard to use and graphics are nearly unreadable
Maybe there are better options?
I’m going to make enclosure for ae td15m (vented box)
Thanks in advance

What so special you need?
P.S. Name is VituixCAD (without R).

sorry for that😀
Other shapes of vents
Vent position in baffle
Or this is not important and doesn't cause different results?
Typical enclosure calculators do not have vent positioning because Helmholtz resonance frequency is at omnidirectional frequency range. Location has some significance in practice - especially with 2-way due to pipe resonance and vicinity of front wall and floor. Those do not require simulation so much, and common simulators don't simulate pipe resonance. Designer just locates the vent by experience, depending on his subjective preference related to (possible) sound stage effects; what is good direction for midrange "noise". Typically rear with 2-way, and front with 3 or more ways if there is enough room. But this is not any rule.
VituixCAD Enclosure tool accepts also area instead of diameter by checking Diam [cm] to Area [cm2]. Shape itself is not important for simulation.

Thank you
Just calculated onken enclosure in vituixcad and got same results as from onken calculator
