I would like to build a solid state amplifier with the power supply in a separate enclosure. What do you recommend that I use for jacks and interconnect cables?

Old mic cable plugs are OK. I prefer the Cooper 86 series or the good old Amp series 1, 2 and 3 or 97. I have also used DB25's as I have lots of them. Multi-pins per lead of course. Check Newark, Allied, Mouser, Digi-Key and of course whatever is on sale from All-Electronics.
I prefer to use wire for the cable 😀
See kajaco for very high quality wire by the foot, 18 gauge up. Build the cable to need. Or if you are as cheap as I am, cut up a standard extension cord as a 25 foot 16 ga made up cord is cheaper than buying the bulk wire. Even 12ga.
