Hi all,
I have some cheap drivers below I would like to test EnABL on. I have some of that Micro Poly Scale Railroad stuff (Forgot the name, but it's the right one).
Is there an "optimum" pattern for these or is the default 2 rings near the surround, two on outer side of dustcap, one inside OK?
(Example shown) 🙂

Bump? 🙂 I might try out a pattern on an even crappier set of drivers to see if I can hear the difference and get some practice on sizing - although I should probably use water and a piece of paper for that! The nibs I have are the smaller ones at the moment, so they should be perfect for these...
I'd start with the generic rings and then after some practise you can start learning the tap test which lets you get the driver to tell you where to put the rings.
