EMU 1212 schematic and mods help

Hi guys,

I have an EMU 1212M sound card outputting a S/PDIF signal via coax to the SFD-2 dac. I have done a bit of reading about this card and some people have upgraded the pulse transformer, caps and adjusted the output to true 75ohm. My questions are:

1) does anyone have a schematic for this card?

2) Does anyone know what parts would be good to use? Pulse transformer? Caps?

3) How to set the output to true 75ohm?
