EMT 981 CD player not responding

Hi. I have a EMT 981 cd player where none of the buttons are working except open/close drawer.
I have not found a sevice manual for this cd player, so hard to start searching for the cause.
What could be the couse of this symptom?

can OPEN CLOSE, which means that the MCU is working normally. You see if the bald head has the action of reading the disc.

Also verify there is a position of the rear switches that deactivates the front button panel.
