What i was going to say, but i was going to suggest it might be the one from the Rega Planar 2.
But not quite, the tonearm holder sticks further out.

Thank you ALL, for your prompt responses. I have just looked at multiple Lustre arms and I can't find a match. Though the headshell does say Lustre. The weight inside attached on a string, seem different and the top of the cantilever assemble is round. There is also a white dot on the arm just behind the round circle on the cantilever. The black damping sleeve covering the arm is absent on the other arms. Could the damping be after market? Any further help would be appreciated.

The black shrink wrap on the arm is likely owner installed. Not the first time i have seen that trick.
