I have a pair of like-new Eminence Kappa 15Cs in original boxes. I bought these new in summer 2024 and loaded them into a pair of DIY LaScala clones that... sigh... didn't get wife approval.
Both drivers have maybe 2 hrs on them. Bought new from PE for $180 apiece, asking $250 for the pair. If you're near Denver and willing to be a little patient I can bring them to you, otherwise request buyer pays for shipping and I'll follow your lead on carrier.

Nice PA speakers with a good range 52 - 2.3kHZ at 450 Watts 100.5dB sensitivity.
What is the impedance, 4, 8 or 16R?

Indeed! They are a common recommendation for drop-in replacements for Klipsch Heritage speakers with 15" bass drivers. These are rated at 4 ohms from the manufacturer, as far as I know that's the only version available.
Good choice.
There are three versions available; 4, 8 and 16R.
(And another one, a recone kit I believe, with a 600Watt speech coil!)

Ah got it, I haven't seen the 8 or 16 versions. Well, goes without saying, these sounded great in my project for the short while it lasted!
The thing is that last letter does denote the impedance — A is 8, B is 16, and C is 4 ohms. This is true for all Eminence drivers which use these letterd (not all of them do).
Indeed there is 8-ohm Kappa-15A and there was (dicsontinued, but still can be bought at some places) 16-ohm Kappa-15B, but Kappa-15C is always 4 ohms.
