Sorry guys I bother you with such a low-end subwoofer, but it's for a good cause: to apply Mr. Geddes multisub aproach of bass reproduction. For that I bought two Eltax Atomic 8.2 powered subs to supliment the existing Behringer B2092A.
Everything was amazing fine and got bass Nirvana for just a couple of days till I left one Eltax unpowered from mains (but getting pretty high line signal) for about 10 minutes. After I powered-on that sub I sought that it's not working fine. In fact, it's input sensivity is now about 20dB lower.
I was thinking I just blowed the input JRM4558LD (junk dual op, 8 pins in-line) because there are no protection diodes on the input. But after putting a new 4558 I got the same low sensivity at input. If I pump a strong signal (using a signal generator) the sub seems that is working well, no distorsion at all, but it's sensivity is not in line with the others.
I have no schematics of the junk, the suply rails are ok (+/-15V), the signal undistorted, but I have no clues what the hack is going on. If you have some new ideas what to check, please do, because I'm starving to that Nirvana I was getting that days (now, I have only 90% Nirvana, not good at all!

C'mon boys, have no idea for me yet?!
I decided that this weekend I'll take apart the good sub and put it to run shoulder to shoulder to the bad one, whith same signal and see where I get differences.
But, meantime, if you have a schematic or just a clue for me, please not hesitate!
