ELMCO cap

I have salvaged some caps from an unused filter multiplexer board.
They are 1% and look very high quality.
Google came up with nothing.

What type are these ELMCOs.
Are they polarised?

Anybody knows...

Reading from old post on this forum which I hit yesterday, they r polycarbonates.

Caps with a ring on one end are typically non-polarized. The ring means the outer wrap, which is only important for RF circuits.
