Yes, good combo. I've been decoupling all my op-amp based circuits with 10-20uF SMD tantalums and 100nF XR7's.
I use 1uF 100V XR7's for signal coupling (sorry if that makes anyone ill). I just stack them for higher uF. Their large physical size and high voltage rating help mitigate the nasties associated with using ceramics for audio. Not a real option if you have to pay retail for them though; they're not cheap.
