I just want to know, do you intend to drive the screen grid of the EL34 instead of the control grid (pin 5 instead of pin 1)?

Otherwise, I would suggest trying the ultrapath feedback network in the output stage. You'd need one choke per channel for that.

I would also suggest adding loop feedback to control gain and reduce distortion.

I don't think I want to put extra choke per channel. I want it in triode mode. I will take note of the loop feedback to reduce distortion.
 
Like thus and so. The choke can be any ordinary power supply filter choke since it only has to function at low frequencies. It's wired in series between your power supply and the output transformer.
