EL152 made in China?

With EL152 it is more their scarcity than their price. The amp is 1200bucks, and the tubes can be obtained new for less than half the price of a cheap 300B, so I don't see the issue here. What is the global demand for 1200buck EL152 amplifiers?

From the picture it's real Telefunken EL152 made in Germany. Chinese manufacturers never made the tube looks like EL152. The only similar model is FU-50. But it looks like gu-50, not EL152.

It also says this in the text of the advert, which adds credence ...
This machine adopts Germany's most renowned antique Telefunken tube: EL152 as the final power output tube; The front stage adopts WE408A from American West Electric. These tubes are now legendary "artifacts". We only have 150 sets of brand new NOS in stock, so this machine is a true "limited edition".
Little Dot LD3 SE

Some people would wonder if it practical to have an amp where the spares are hard to come by? If the GU50 just plugs in then that is a good thing.

Sadly, it doesn't. Other heater (12.6 V vs. 6.3 V), other envelope, other base. EL152 requires a very unique 10 pin socket. Besides the E/FL153 (same tube less the supressor grid) I don't know of any other tube with this base.

Best regards!
