Does anyone have the schematic for "Einstein - The Amp" from 1990? First amplifier they've made. Thanks.
The one that Andrew has linked to is surely not from 1990. A little more info from the OP would be helpful.
EINSTEIN schematic diagram
Hi,
I am also looking for the wiring diagram and procedures for alignment of offset voltages and bias currents.
Did you find these documents?

as I know I have posted some years ago the schematic anywhere on this forum. But I don't find the associated pdf or jpg file.
As I know the only solid state amplifier from this company.

Best electrolytic capacitors
No Einstein The Amp from 1990 was all semiconductors no tubes ... and 104 electrolytic caps....Perhaps this one ?
Mona
Yes, the PDF file under post #372
Thank you very much for this advice.
Well it claims the output devices are BUW83 and BUW84, I found datasheet for BUW84 saying its a high voltage NPN device, not an audio PNP darlington, and the BUW83 seems not to exist.
.......yes, bdw83/ bdw84.
in the german magazin hifi exklusiv 10/94 there in an article about the einstein amp (interview with the developer.......)

With front end +-61V rails and +-52 rails for darlingtons (3 pairs of 150W devices) - the specified output power looks less than it should be - 60W@8R and 120@4 when compared to PASS AB100 (+-50V rails and 100W@8 and 200@4 R) ? Maybe a weak transformer, the heat sink also looks small, interesting what is the bias current?
30mV per transitor on emitter resistor? ( 0.47r=60mA approx.)
Yes. 30 mV per 0,47 Ohm-resistor.
